I started Tradition Café because I’m curious about people and where we come from. Every conversation is a chance to sit down with someone and talk about heritage, identity, and the traditions that shape our lives.
The show is still new, so being nominated for the Women’s Podcaster Awards in the Society & Culture category, means a lot to me. It’s encouraging to see these kinds of conversations being recognized—especially the ones that explore culture, personal history, and the stories people carry with them.
With Tradition Café, my goal is simple: create a space where people can talk honestly about who they are and where they come from.
Many Voices, One Table.
Every guest brings something different to that table—artists, cultural storytellers, and people reflecting on their roots in their own way. Those conversations are what make the show meaningful.
This nomination is exciting, but more than anything it reminds me why I started the podcast in the first place: to stay curious, listen closely, and share the stories that help us understand each other a little better.
